Amazing high energy class that will kick your butt (but you won't care because the soundtrack is too good to stop moving). Michelle brings most warm, welcoming, supportive vibes - go take her class!

KARA

This class is AMAZING!!!! Michelle is a little ball of energy. The dances are so fun you don't even realize you're working out till you're dripping sweat. Then we channel all that energy into a cool down meditation, which is so nice to leave class in a mellow relaxed state.

EMMA

Class was great—Michelle definitely brings the energy, even to folks dancing virtually on zoom like me! She's welcoming to all, and kept checking in with us to make sure we were doing good on our end, which helped keep me going. If I were in Boston I'd give this a try in person. It'd be a blast and a great workout, guaranteed. Big Texas sized thanks from Dallas!
